David Lynn was born and reared in the great state of Kansas. He moved to Philadelphia more or less permanently in 1985 to attend school. After a career in fund raising which spanned a decade or so, Lynn switched fields and got into computers.
Lynn’s company, DAL Services, Inc., is the creator of the Pennsylvania Political Campaign Management Database (PPCM) which is free Pennsylvania Department of State approved software that assists campaigns in filing campaign finance reports and parsing the state voter file.
